Lateral Arm Raise

- Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Start with your hand straight by your side, palms facing in and holding a dumbbell in each hand. (Alternatively, sit on an upright bench or chair.)
- Keeping you arms straight, lift your arms out away from your body. Lift until your arms are just below the height of your shoulders.
- Slowly bring your arms down to your side in a steady, controlled motion. Repeat.
