Body Mass Index (BMI) is the measurement of your weight in relation to your height. The mathematical formula for calculating BMI is:

As BMI increases, the risk for certain health problems and diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, certain forms of cancer) increases. This chart will help you easily determine your BMI. Note, this chart should be used for adults 18 and older. Teens should use this calculator.
