   Ham and Swiss Roll Up

Ingredients:

1 whole - flour tortilla
2 slices - low-fat swiss cheese
2 slices - fat free ham
3 slices - tomato
1 tablespoon - dijon mustard

This appetizer is fun to roll up and delightfully tasty.

  1. Spread the tortilla with dijon mustard.

  2. Place the cheese, ham, and tomato on the tortilla. Roll up.

  3. Microwave for 10-15 seconds or toast in toaster oven on light. Cheese should be lightly melted.

  4. Cut off ends of tortilla and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Yields: 8 Roll Ups
