    Apple and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup - orange juice
1/4 cup - milk
1 whole - frozen banana
1 whole - apple

This apple and banana smoothie is not only delicious - it's packed with Vitamin C and other ingredients for a healthy frozen treat.

  1. Peel banana and chop into small pieces.

  2. Remove skin and core from apple. Chop into small pieces.

  3. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.

  4. Pour into cup and serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings.
