   Apple Cranberry Salad Toss

Ingredients:

10 cups - salad greens (1 package)
2 whole - apples, sliced
1/2 cup - walnut halves
1 cup - sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 cup - sliced green onions
3/4 cup - raspberry vinaigrette
                reduced fat dressing


Credit: Kraft

A fruity twist to the traditional salad.
Did you know: most raspberry vinaigrette dressings contain only 5 calories!

  1. Pour salad greens, apples, walnuts, cranberries, and onions in a large bowl. Toss until well mixed.

  2. Add dressing and mix.

  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate to chill.

Yields: 10 servings.
