   Prima Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb - pasta
1 head - broccoli
1 pack - zesty italian dressing mix
1 can - black olives (sliced)
1 can - chick peas or beans (drain)

oil & balsamic vinegar

This prima pasta recipe is a must have for any party or barbecue. Its delightful taste will compliment any meal.

  1. Cook pasta until it is al dente. Place in a large bowl.

  2. Clean and cut broccoli into small pieces. Mix with pasta.

  3. Mix in the dry italian dressing mix, sliced olives, and chick peas.

  4. Add an equal amount of oil and vinegar until pasta salad is the right consistency.

  5. Serve immediately or let chill in refrigerator.
