   Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

8 ounces - egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup - reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup - fat free milk
1/3 cup - Dijon mustard
1 can - white tuna in water, drained
10 ounces - frozen peas and
                   carrots, thawed

This warm, delicious tuna noodle casserole is great for those chilly nights!

  1. Cook egg noodles as directed on package. Drain when finished.

  2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, milk, and mustard. Add in noodles, tuna, and vegetables. Mix lightly.

  3. Pour entire mixture into a greased 3-quart baking dish. Cover dish with foil.

  4. Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes.

Yields: 6 servings
