Lateral Shoulder Raise




1. Sit on an upright bench or chair and hold a dumbbell in each hand.

2. Start with your hands straight down by your side. Keeping you arms straight, lift your arms up and out to the side. Lift until your arms are just below the height of your shoulders.

3. Slowly bring your arms down to your side.
